#wiaw what I ate Wednesday!  Bad eating day, needed 1 more meal in there. 
M1: 16oz green juice (on the blog) 
M2: 1/3C egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 homemade breakfast sausage patties (previous post on insta), #glutenfree English muffin w cinnamon raisin swirl 
M3/S: skinny pop, handful of almonds, & kombucha M4: roast chicken breast, green beans, cauliflower mash ‘potatoes’ (on blog) w homemade pan gravy (not on blog. Pan dripping from roasting chicken, minus the fat. Plus GF all purpose flour and ghee). #whatiatewednesday #eatclean #jerf #instayummy #breakfast #lunch #dinner #igfood #nodiet #nomnom #greenjuice #weightloss
